A missed corner on an Airbnb turnover shows up in a guest's photo before it shows up in a star rating, and one bad cleanliness score can cost a Superhost badge. Current hours: Mon–Fri 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Sat–Sun 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
Airbnb guests photograph a listing before they've unpacked, and a wrinkled duvet or a smudged mirror in that first photo becomes the review headline before anything else does. Scottsdale STR Cleaning builds its Airbnb turnover checklist against the listing photos themselves — bed styling, towel folds, and counter staging matched to what the host advertised, not just a generic tidy-up.
Every turnover ends with a walk-through before the door is locked: appliances tested, thermostat reset, and any wear that could read as dirty in a photo — not just actual dirt — flagged for the host. That's the gap between a clean that passes inspection and one that survives a guest's phone camera. Scottsdale STR Cleaning runs out of 10869 N Scottsdale Rd, currently rated 4.9 stars from 9 Google reviews.
What's actually on the checklist for an Airbnb turnover?
The scope goes beyond stripping beds and running a vacuum. Each turnover is checked against what the host's photos promise, not just a general standard of clean.
- Beds restyled to match the listing photos, not just remade
- Kitchen counters and appliances wiped down and power-tested
- Bathroom fixtures, mirrors and shower glass checked under bathroom lighting, where smudges show worst
- Welcome basket and toiletries reset for the incoming guest
What are the current hours?
Current hours: Mon–Fri 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Sat–Sun 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM. That gap matters when a same-day checkout and check-in land on the same listing.
Do you clean based on what's in my Airbnb listing photos?
Yes — the crew checks bed styling, towel folds and counter staging against what's shown in the listing before calling a turnover finished. A clean that doesn't match the photos is the fastest way to a bad review, even when nothing is actually dirty.
What if a guest checks out late on a Sunday?
Current hours: Mon–Fri 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Sat–Sun 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM. Call (623) 323-3230 to confirm same-day availability before the next guest's check-in.
Is Scottsdale STR Cleaning reviewed on Google?
Yes — the business currently holds a 4.9-star rating from 9 Google reviews, viewable on its Google Business Profile.
