Scottsdale STR Cleaning services Fountain Hills, about 14.5 miles northeast of our Scottsdale Rd office — the nearest other area we cover, McDowell Mountain Ranch, is still 7.7 miles away. Because no other stop is close by, a Fountain Hills turnover is scheduled as its own dedicated visit rather than folded into a same-day loop.
Fountain Hills is 14.5 miles northeast of our Scottsdale Rd office — far enough that it's not a stop we tack onto a cluster of other turnovers. The two areas we service that sit closest to it, McDowell Mountain Ranch and Scottsdale Ranch, are still 7.7 and 8.5 miles away, on the other side of that stretch. Out here, a turnover is its own trip, start to finish, not one leg of a same-day loop.
That changes how we ask you to book. Give us your checkout time as soon as your guest confirms it, and we'll build the day around getting here — rather than trying to fit Fountain Hills in behind two or three closer properties, which is how a turnover slips late.
How far out do you actually go for Fountain Hills?
Our office sits on Scottsdale Rd; Fountain Hills runs 14.5 miles northeast of it. McDowell Mountain Ranch, our nearest other stop, is 7.7 miles from here, and Scottsdale Ranch is another 8.5. Neither is a quick hop, so if your listing is out here, don't expect the same instant-turnaround window we can sometimes offer a property closer to Scottsdale Rd.
Does the distance change how you schedule my turnover?
Yes. A Fountain Hills booking gets its own block on the day's schedule instead of being squeezed between two or three closer jobs, so we need your checkout time in advance rather than the morning of. Current hours: Mon–Fri 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Sat–Sun 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
Do you cover Fountain Hills, or just areas closer to your office?
Yes — Fountain Hills is part of our 14-area service territory, about 14.5 miles northeast of our Scottsdale Rd office. It's a farther drive than the areas we cluster near the office, so we schedule it as its own trip rather than folding it into a same-day loop.
What's the closest other property you clean near mine in Fountain Hills?
McDowell Mountain Ranch, about 7.7 miles away, with Scottsdale Ranch at 8.5 miles beyond that. Neither is close enough to treat as a quick add-on, so a Fountain Hills turnover is planned as its own visit, not squeezed between other stops.
When should I book if I need a fast turnaround?
As soon as your guest confirms checkout. Current hours: Mon–Fri 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Sat–Sun 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
