Yes. HOA 30-day minimums are common here, so a lot of the work is monthly turns. Longer stays mean deeper cleans, and we book the extra hours instead of rushing them.
Who files the Town of Paradise Valley STR registration?
You do — it's separate from Scottsdale's. We're not a permit service, but our dated photo reports back you up on a claim or complaint.
