Four wine glasses in the sink, a golf towel from the Westin's course draped over a patio chair, and a fridge full of takeout from Kierland Commons. That's a normal Sunday here. We work backward from that: strip and haul linens, run the dishwasher while the beds get made, wipe down the pool deck furniture, restock coffee, paper and soap, then photograph anything that looks like damage before the next guest can be blamed for it.
The event weeks are the real test. Phoenix Open in February, Barrett-Jackson and the Arabian Horse Show over at WestWorld — a five-bedroom with a pool off Kierland Greens turns at three times its usual rate and the incoming party is already driving up Scottsdale Road. We sync to your calendar so we're not guessing, and same-day turns get built into the schedule instead of squeezed in.
Turnovers between the Airpark and the Commons
Can you handle a condo where guests arrive without a car?
Yes. Plenty of Kierland units are walkable to the Quarter, so the lockbox or keypad is the whole handoff. We confirm codes work on the way out and tell you if a battery's fading.
Do you supply and launder the linens?
We can do either — wash on site, or swap in a fresh set and take the used load with us. Multi-bedroom group houses usually want the swap so the turn isn't waiting on a dryer.
