Off Dynamite Blvd, past the guard gate, the homes backing the Monument course are a different animal from a downtown condo. Desert-contemporary, glass walls facing the boulders, and half of them come with a casita or two — separate kitchen, separate bath, rented out as one booking to a golf group. That's three kitchens to reset, not one. We budget the time for it instead of pretending a Troon North turnover is a two-hour job.
The Four Seasons sits right there, so your guests walk in with resort expectations. Hotel-standard linens, restocked amenities, and a full photo set at checkout — including the glass, which shows every fingerprint out here. Drive time between gated properties is real this far north, so we schedule same-day checkout-to-checkin against your calendar rather than guessing.
What a Troon North turnover actually involves
Do you handle the casita units as part of the same turnover?
Yes. Each casita gets its own kitchen reset, bath, and linen change, and it's counted in the scope up front so a four-suite property isn't billed or scheduled like a single house.
How do you get through the guard gate?
We register with your community for vendor gate access and keep the codes on file per property. If a gate changes its process, tell us and we'll re-register before the next checkout.
